I spend most of my downtime in strategy games and tabletop systems. RPGs, D&D, MTG. Not only because they are fun escapes but also because they are logic puzzles with consequences. Good decisions compound. Bad ones do too.
I read when I can and I pick up new tools when something catches my attention. Not out of obligation. I just find it hard to leave an interesting problem alone. That instinct follows me into work too. I look for what is actually being asked before I answer what was said. I prefer getting it right the first time over being fast and needing a redo.
I value honesty over politeness. If something does not make sense, I say so. If I do not know something, I find out. That is not a personality quirk. It is just how reliable work gets done.

Before anything else, I take the time to understand how things actually work. What the team does daily, where the friction is, and what the real goal is behind the request. That applies whether the work is a recurring admin task or a new project brief. You get consistent output on the routine work and clear thinking on the unexpected ones. Work that fits, not work that needs to be redone.
TECHNICAL
I build what the role requires. Frontends with Next.js and Tailwind, N8n automations that remove manual steps, internal tools and sheet systems for back-office operations. I work with AI-assisted workflows, which means I move faster and take on tasks outside the typical range for my experience level.
ADAPTABLE
I learn quickly and I stay. Remote, full-time only. Whether a role has a fixed scope or a shifting list of responsibilities, I find my footing fast and maintain quality across both. I document what I learn, keep systems running as the team grows, and do not need the job description to be rigid to do good work. My background is in operations before development, which means context-switching is not a problem for me.
